SMART Exercise Classes – Plattsville Arena
The VON SMART® Exercise Program is a safe and effective exercise and fall prevention program designed for adults aged 55+ or individuals with mobility challenges or chronic conditions.
These free classes focus on maintaining independence and reducing the risk of falls and related injuries. Each session includes a warm-up, cardiovascular activity, strength and balance training, stretching, and falls prevention education.
Date and Time: Tuesdays in April (beginning April 7, 2026) 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Location: Plattsville Arena
