Come out and socialize in a safe space hosted by the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA). Every Tuesday* afternoon we will be discussing a variety of wellness topics. Refreshments provided. No registration required.
* Every second Tuesday Chit Chat Circle will meet in the Flex Space for games and activities.
