Mom’s on the Move

A fun outdoor fitness class designed for moms on the move with Coach Alysia from FCA fitness. Bring yourself, your stoller (and your baby!) Light hand weights, your water bottle and wear your runners. This class will provide some strength, movement, flexability with some walking and talking time. Come on out and meet some other moms and make some time for you. Weather permitting we will meet at Ducky Dennis Park in Burgessville for this 5 week fitness class held on Friday's from 2-3pm. Please keep a watch on your email the day of the program to see if Alysia has contacted you about cancellation due to weather or if it will be held at the library. Parking is an issue at the library due to road construction.
