- Woodstock Public Library - Meet in the lobby at Woodstock Public Library. We will walk over to the park as a group. The program will end at 11:15am at Vansittart Park.
Woodstock was officially designated a Bird Friendly City by Nature Canada in the spring of 2026. Learn more about the birds that call Woodstock home! We'll keep our eyes out for the three local birds that were in the running for the title of the official City Bird of Woodstock: the American Goldfinch, Black-capped Chickadee and Song Sparrow!
We will meet at the Woodstock Public Library and then walk over to Vansittart Park (175 Vansittart Ave). Children are encouraged to bring their own binoculars to help spot birds along the way.
The program will end at 11:15am at Vansittart Park.
